In order to further promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized private enterprises, improve the professional service system of “going out” and “bringing in”, and give full play to the guarantee effect of “information exchange and credit interconnection” of cross-border credit in international cooperation, Sme Cooperation and Development Promotion Center (hereinafter referred to as “China Promotion Center”) and Gladtrust Management (Beijing) Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Gladtrust”) reached a cooperation consensus to jointly provide comprehensive cross-border credit services for smes, help enterprises expand the global market, ensure the security of business and trade, and build a safe credit channel for smes to “go global”.
On January 15, 2024, the two sides completed a strategic cooperation signing in the Beijing Data Infrastructure System Pilot Zone, and Gladtrust became the only authorized partner of the China Promotion Center in the field of enterprise credit. Mr. Li Dawei, Director of the Regional Economic Office of the SME Cooperation Development Promotion Center, and Mr. Xing Yue, General manager of Gladtrust Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides respectively. Zhao Chunyu, deputy Secretary-General of the SME Cooperation Development Promotion Center, Song Shuda, founder of Gladtrust, Yan Zihui, Deputy Secretary-General of the Internet of Things Expert Committee of the Chinese Electronics Society, and Hao Juncheng, deputy secretary-general of the Zhongguancun Zhike Service Outsourcing Industry Alliance, witnessed the scene.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Song Shuda, founder of Gladtrust, congratulated the signing of the cooperation, and said that in recent years, the country has gradually enhanced the status of credit in the international cooperation mechanism in the process of strengthening foreign investment and cooperation, and cross-border credit is the foundation for enterprises to practice national strategies and seek sustainable and high-quality development. Since its founding in 2006, Gladtrust has always adhered to the belief that “credit is capital” and focused on corporate credit services and value enhancement. Mr. Song Shuda expressed the hope that by taking this opportunity of cooperation, Gladtrust and the China Promotion Center can jointly explore more service scenarios in commercial trade, overseas investment, cross-border financing and other fields to boost the high-quality development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
After signing the cooperation agreement, the two sides will create a credit service model of “note credit, help credit and cast credit”. “Note letter” : Based on credit evaluation and publicity, multi-channel, multi-platform, multi-window display of credit quality enterprise image, fully tap the enterprise credit value; “Credit Assistance” : to provide overseas enterprises with credit assistance services, including overseas market research, global customer inquiries, global customer support, global corporate credit reports, global accounts receivable management consulting, etc., to help enterprises improve their ability to expand overseas markets, prevent cross-border trade risks, and ensure cross-border trade security; “Chuxin” : provide enterprises with credit compliance guidance, credit system construction, credit management training, etc., shape and enhance the credit image, and consolidate the credit foundation for sustainable development of enterprises. Both sides are committed to let more smes enjoy credit dividends and let smes “go global” safely!
In 2024, China Promotion Center and Gladtrust first started the credit evaluation and certification of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the existing relevant standards for enterprise credit evaluation, the China Promotion Center and Gladtrust give full play to the experience of international cooperation promotion and cross-border credit enterprise service for smes, jointly research and develop credit evaluation standards and processes that meet the needs of smes and small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and launch GCA international credit certification and credit rating evaluation for smes. Gladtrust will use the “Huaihai Economic Zone Comprehensive Credit Service Center” project – signed by Gladtrust and Xuzhou Gulou District People’s Government at the 2023 China (Xuzhou) International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference – as a pilot, and Xuzhou Service Outsourcing Association to jointly promote credit services for small and medium-sized enterprises. Mr. Xing Yue, General manager of Gladtrust Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Mr. Yang Hongjie, General secretary of Xuzhou Service Outsourcing Association.
It is understood that the SME Cooperation Development Promotion Center was formerly the SME International Cooperation Promotion Association established by the Economic System Reform Committee of The State Council in 1982. The center is a public service institution and one of the core members of the national service system for small and medium-sized enterprises. In the international cooperation between China and Russia, China and Pakistan, China and South Korea, the center has continuously promoted the exchanges between small and medium-sized enterprises.
